Salary: $27 / hour
Vacancies: 1 Vacancy
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours / week

Main duties
- Keep financial records of the company
- Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using accounting software
- Post daily journal entries
- Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, and prepare financial statements
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls
- Pay CRA payments, like payroll remittances, GST, other taxes and Utility bills
- Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
- Prepare, financial and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with CPA for finalization of financial returns
- Perform other related duties
Employment requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience working as bookkeeper
