The Duties if the CEO at ideatree ventures Ltd will inculude but not limited to
-Formulating or approval of Internal policies and program to maximies the company efficiency,production and performance which inculdes but are not limited to
1) Documenting Event management Service Initiatives & protocols
2) Event Facility Rental Services Initatives & protocols
3) Creation of standard operating procedures as per company mission statement
4) Guidelines and standard operating procedures and performanace and personnel evaluation
5) Company Safely regulation in accordances with govermental regulations
Leading the entire company and working collaboratively with middle level management team to develop business strategies as well as setting up priorities and goals for the company
adjusting personnel expenses and hiring process according to business need approving hire and fire reguest with the business
Revewing financial reports as well as frequents business accounts evalutions
Qualification
A University degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discpiline related to the service provided is usually required
3-5 years of experience as middle manager in sales and event management industry is required
