• Manage kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Supervise kitchen staff, monitor and order kitchen supplies and equipment’s required.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs.
• Ensure smooth running of the kitchen and food service areas.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Prepare awesome meals for our customers.
• Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
• May assist with operation of cleaning equipment and dishwashing machines when needed to ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas, tools and utensils.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Skills & Qualification

• Completion of Secondary (high) school certificate is required.
• Experience is an asset.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Prepare and cook different type of cuisines.
• Possess knowledge of catering business practices and methods.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
• Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to stand for extendable periods

Salary & hours: $16.00 hourly for 40 to 50 hours per week
