Security Guard Supervisor (Field Supervisor): Blackbird Security Inc. 

 Job details:

 Location: Etobicoke, ON, M9C 5J1

 Salary: $22.31 / hour

 Vacancies: 1 vacancy

 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time40 hours / week

 Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements: 

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Security Guard License

Supervision: Security guards

Tasks:

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
• Establish work schedules and procedures,
• Handle emergency situations,
• Monitor quality and production levels,
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports,
• Resolve work related problems,
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
