Key Responsibility

  1. Direct and manage the day-to-day operations and develop effective working relationships with staff, managers and senior management engaged in providing excellent administrative work.
  2. Drive financial excellence and efficient order-to-cash process; utilize applicable financial tools to support business growth.
  3. Develop and implement growth strategy, and office, practice, and business initiatives in collaboration with local business partners and management team.
  4. Educate and guide our business partners, staff and management on best practices, proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
  5. Prepare, plan, administer and monitor annual operating, capital, and people budgets and align staffing of all levels with business needs.
  6. Evaluate the business operations of our administrative and financial department.
  7. Recognize and execute up-sell opportunities by qualifying our clients for product upgrades or expansions to help them grow their businesses.
  8. Set the agendas and prepare financial reporting for monthly partner, local business partners, and staff meetings.
  9. Work with other management member to interview, hire and provide training for staff; help improve staff performance through strong management and implementation skills.

 

Qualification & Skills

  1. College diploma or university degree is required, preferably in business administration, management or related fields. Higher Education is an asset.
  2. Minimum three years of working experience in business administration, finance or administrative services, with at least one year experience in senior or management position.
  3. Solid knowledge in financial management, procedures and regulations with significant analytical skillset.
  4. Demonstrates experience examining and interpreting a wide variety of data/information and makes recommendations or decisions.
  5. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) combined with a passion to inspire others from vision through to execution.
  6. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
  8. High level of competency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
