MARKETING ASSISTANT (PERMANENT POSITION)
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Product Development, Production and Sustainability departments on relevant business needs, costings and feature requirements
- Submitting ideas for experimental marketing programs created to enhance and grow the brand of the company
- Perform SWOT analysis to better understand the global product and services market.
- Assist other marketing executives in execution of all for all projects which are related to Product Marketing and Product Development of the current and newly-developed.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to provide category leadership and product insight from introduction through end-of-life to Product Development, Marketing and Sales departments
- Ensure that the product concepts, specifications, qualities and certifications are continuously assessed and achieved to support the customer/market needs with the efficient cost
- Contribute to the annual marketing plan, pricing strategy, articulating the product priorities and positioning, opportunities and actions for growth, driving the plans through to execution;
- Helping in the development of ways to improve marketing campaigns and monitoring active marketing programs
- Performing analysis from questionnaires to understand the needs of customers.
- Analyze market trends/insights and customer’s needs, create the new ideas or concepts of the product applications
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $31.50 CAD PER Hour (Overtime paid $47.25 PER HOUR after 44 hours of work per week;4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Job Details:
Experience: Relevant 1-2 years of experience will suffice the job
Education: CEGEP or college or diploma or relevant experience
