Job Requirements

Language: English

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:1 year or more of work experience as Store Supervisor

Work setting:Urban area, On-site customer service, Relocation costs covered by employer

Personal suitability:Accurate, Organized, Reliability

Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Transportation/travel information: Own transportation, Willing to travel regularly, Public transportation is available

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Walking, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods.
