Job duties

• Washing and peeling vegetables and fruit
• Washing worktables, cupboards and appliances
• Removing trash and cleaning kitchen garbage containers
• Unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
• Sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
