We will provide:
- Minimum of 37.5 hours/ week throughout your employment period
- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
- Pay at $21.25 per hour
Duties
- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees working on the floor
- Onboard new hires and coach with the process, improve performance of existing associates and prepare work schedules for all full-time and part-time workers
- Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
- Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the supply and availability of stocks.
- Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws. Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness.
- Meet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in preparing monthly budgets, sales reports and scheduling expenditures.
- To fill in for sales associates who are out sick, on vacation leave, or on break in order to ensure smooth operations.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Requirements
- Minimum high school
- Minimum one month of experience is required in similar role
- Ability to work legally in Canada
