Job Duties:
- Provides ongoing leadership in the development and refinement of the business strategy and strategic plan.
- Establishes supporting goals for Operations and all supporting functions and ensure they are implemented. Responsible for the overall business performance.
- Plan for Program and Delivery Management within assigned goals and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time, cost and quality are met
- Drive initiatives to win new clients and new projects to facilitate business growth
- Ensure high positive customer engagement or satisfaction.
- Drive business results for big rock projects and coach managers to Projects’ from acquisition to execution to delivery
- Ensure that all organizational norms and compliances as well as the local laws of land are strictly adhered; and drive process improvement and organizational improvements in respective goals.
- Provide consulting service to the customer on End - User Technologies trends and defining a future roadmap
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for the customer.
- Determine and implement operational and cost improvements/efficiencies.

(Overtime Rate) $96.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
