IT TECH provides the tech consulting and software design with high quality and cutting-edge it support. We are looking for 1 passionate and motivated individual with high standards to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Clers Supervisor. Our compensation and schedule vary to suit the individual employee. Hourly rate of $29.00 CAD an hour depending on experience.

Duties:

  • Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: word processing; record keeping and filing; operating telephones and switchboards; data entry; desktop publishing; and other activities involving general office and administrative skills
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Requisition supplies and materials
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Requirements and Assets:

  • Education: Completion of high school is required
  • Language: Read, write and speak English and /or Hebrew or Russian is an Asset
  • Experience: 3-5 years of previous experience is required
  • Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills which are particularly well suited to working with a variety of situations.
  • Accustomed to working in fast moving environments requiring timely attention to details as well as unpredictable and changing conditions.
  • Proven track record as a team member and effective communicator.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
  • Permanent, full time position
