Job description:

We are looking for a caring and responsible Nanny to care for our children. If you love spending time with children, we would like to meet you.

Position Details

Position: Nanny

Number of positions: 1

Salary: $17.00 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-Time; year-round work

Work Setting: Private home located in Surrey, BC

Work Location: Surrey, BC, V3W 8P6 (Near intersection of 139A Street and 80 Avenue)

Your responsibilities include

• Supervise and care for children in the absence of parents.
• Help in bath, dress, and feed children.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• Take children to and from school and to appointments.
• Prepare children for nap time and help with homework as required.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home.
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.

Requirements

• Completion of Secondary school.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or completion of the training program in childcare or in a related field.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work without supervision.
