Job description:

We are looking for a caring and responsible Nanny to care for our child. If you love spending time with children, we would like to meet you.

Number of positions: 1

Salary: $17.00 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-Time; year-round work

Work Setting: Private home located in Abbotsford, BC

Work Location: Abbotsford, BC, V2T 4S2 (Close to intersection of Denman St &  Saturna Crescent)

Your responsibilities will include

• Supervise and care for child in the absence of parents.
• Help in bath, dress, and feed the child.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the child.
• Instruct in personal hygiene and social development.
• Take the child to and from school and to appointments.
• Prepare the child for nap time and help with homework as required.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home.
• Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents.

Requirements

• Completion of Secondary school.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or completion of the training program in childcare or in a related field.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work without supervision.
