One Call Drywall Solutions Ltd., located in Surrey, is a team of experienced professionals ready to tackle everything from large-scale construction projects to minor repairs. We work with homeowners, builders, and contractors on a variety of residential and commercial projects. We are currently hiring full-time Drywall Installer Helpers to join our growing team.

Position: Drywall Installer Helper

Number of positions: 2

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $26.50 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations(s): Candidates are required to work at various locations in Surrey BC and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per company’s contracts with its clients.

Job duties

• Load and unload drywall sheets and move them to work areas.
• Clean and prepare surfaces.
• Move the filling material from one place to another as per Drywall Installer’s instructions.
• Sand the areas after filling.
• Take care of equipment.
• Work with skilled Drywall Installers and assist them in moving equipment and in other activities.

Job Requirements

• Some work experience as a construction labourer would be an asset.
• Ability to walk stands, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
• Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time.
