Job description:
Sukhjiwan Construction Ltd. is looking for 1 Bookkeeper to work for full time & permanent basis.
Job Duties:
- Maintain manual and computerized financial records of various accounts.
- Post journal entries, maintain general ledgers, prepare trial balance of books and perform reconcilation of accountsand prepare financial statements
- Prepare and calculate payrolls and take charge of utility bills, taxes and other mandatory payments.
- Prepare tax returns, statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms and other government documents
Education:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a one or two year college program/course in accounting or in bookkeeping
OR
Combination of accounting /bookkeeping course with One or two years of work experience in related field.
Salary: $25.30/hour and guaranteed 30hrs/week.
