Job Title: General Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Partner with assigned business unit leaders to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business and IT capability roadmaps and priorities.
- Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business/marketing plans run smoothly.
- Proactively identify gaps in the current e-Commerce offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.
- Synthesize company requirements from a variety of internal and external resources, including various cross-functional teams.
- Generate new product ideas, research/ analyze their feasibility and business impact, and then lead the implementation of those ideas by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Merchandising, IT, Marketing etc.
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Create a culture focused on execution and performance. Ensure key performance indicators (KPI’S) for quality, timeliness and completeness are established and delivered, with reporting, best practices, and robust quality control to drive continuous improvement.
- Define and manage the departmental budget for all expenditures and headcount, along with the reconciliation to releas quarter revenue with stakeholders
- Evaluate and upgrade/develop the existing talent, and attract new talent to create talent depth, foster a culture which is customer-centric, performance driven and entrepreneurial.
- Monitor service levels and act as a point of contact for all complex problems, resolving the on-ground issues effectively and efficiently
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $62.00 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $93.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week, with holiday pay of 4% of gross pay

Education Required: Completion of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
