Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to handle the sales and functions related to the sales and distribution of our pharmaceutical products. Our ideal candidate has strong sales management experience. We are looking for strong skills in leadership and negotiation.

Job Description and Duties:


  • Coordinate, direct and manage high volume wholesale pharmaceutical sales
  • Evaluate sales operations and strategies for improvements and interventions
  • Implement and establish procedures for sales operations
  • Plan sales strategies for new products
  • Build relationships with suppliers, business partners and clients
  • Lead and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Responsible for determining labour requirements, handling recruitment and training in the sales department
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize sales strategies


Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Long Term

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Wages: $38.00 per hour

Overtime: One and one-half times the regular wage rate as per provincial regulations


Benefits Package: Insurance from Workplace Safety and Insurance Board covered by employer

Vacation pay as per provincial regulations will be paid each payday on a semi-monthly basis


Location of Work: 7035 Maxwell Road Unit # 2, Mississauga, Ontario L5S1R5 Canada

Anticipated Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Education, Experience and Language Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience related to sales management
  • Completion of Secondary School is required
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
