Salary: $21.50~ $22.00/hr, based on 30-36hr/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Work Setting: Liquor, Convenience Store
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years related working experience
Language: English
Job Description:
- Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules to cover all shifts
- Supervise staff and cashiers’ performance
- Supervise Cash-in/ Cash-out procedures
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store
- Sell merchandise to customers if necessary
- Ensure that the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained
- Train or arrange for training of new sales staff if necessary
