Position: General manager - financial, communications and other business services
(1 Permanent Position for Full Time)
Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
- Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the service offerings to customers.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships to expand clientele
- Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth
- Define the roadmap, hierarchy and other HR policies for company vision
- Manage workflows and process improvements for the company, to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver actionable strategic solutions
- Document and communicate status updates of ongoing initiatives with other Managers, including new developments and potential risks, in a timely manner to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop matrix to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Prepare analysis and reporting to facilitate dialogue with executive staff and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required for the role
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience would suffice the role
- Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organizedability to read, write, communicate in English proficiently
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word is preferred.

Salary & Hours: CAD 65.00 hourly for 30 hours per week (Overtime paid CAD 97.50 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
