We will provide:
- Minimum of 35 hours/ week throughout your employment period
- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
- Pay at $25.00 per hour
Duties
- Assist in preparing and handling Immigration application forms
- Manage RCIC’s calendars and sets up meeting.
- Order and Manage Office Supplies.
- Maintain clients’ files and ensure information is up-to-date.
- Liaise with clients and communicate with our internal team to prepare necessary documents
- Conduct research in relation to immigration policies/ process.
- Attend in-person clients and answer phone calls and direct to appropriate team members.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings and conference call, take notes and minutes.
- Drafts email correspondences and other formal documents.
- Monitoring and maintaining a client database.
- Makes recommendations regarding office administration procedures; suggest and help implement changes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Secondary (high) school required. A college certificate/diploma is preferred
- One year of Office Experience is required.
- Ability to work legally in Canada.
