2258730 Ontario Inc. O/A Daal Roti located at 6990 Financial Drive, Unit # 1, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 8J4 requires 1 Restaurant Manager on Perm/ FT basis, Salary $26.50 Per Hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Indian Restaurant and Catering. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties
- Ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant along with health and safety compliance
- Co-ordinate with the Kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, editions in the menu items.
- Logistics and Management co-ordination between the restaurant locations,
- Recruitment and Training of Staff
- Oversee Inventory Management, Place Orders and execute returns and exchanges
- Meet with large volume event clients for setting the Menu, price quotation and finalising the negotiations
- Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions etc.
- Any other relevant tasks
