General Manager is required at: Info Matics
Job Duties:
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Work with the line managers to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary and forecast the onboarding
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with clients for effective business.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities, skills and abilities.

Experience And Education:
Minimum 5 or more years with Bachelors Degree/ Relevant experience
Salary, Working Hours, Overtime And Vacation Pay:
$65.00 CAD Per Hour
Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate $97.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
