Education                              : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience                            : 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements,objectives and target audience.

• Communicating with all vendors and suppliers before the event

• Coordinate all Operations and supervise all staff (event coordinators and caterers etc.)

• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

• To manage and work within a budget for event and managing spending  according to planned budget.

• Coming up with innovative ideas for both event and event promotion.

• Ensure that events comply within health and safety standards.
