Job description:
FCH Warehouse Inc. O/A Frontier Heritage located at 107 Kennedy Rd S, Unit 1, Brampton, ON, L6W 3G3, requires 1 Retail Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 27 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of verifiable experience. Job Duties – Retail Supervisor
- Overall supervision of the Store and to attend the customers
- Ensure smooth operations of the store.
- Evaluate the competition trends in the market and suggest the pricing strategies to the owner.
- Maintain inventory records
- Plan and execute sales promotions to attract customers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Supervision and management of employee related matters such as hiring, training, submitting payroll information to the accountant
- Any other tasks relevant to effective and efficient supervision of the store
