Job Type: full-time, permanent
Salary: $40 per hour, 40 hours per week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation
- Set performance goals, oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
- Arrange for shipping documentation and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of goods and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
- Develop plans and procedures for the logistics and warehouse
- Negotiate with ocean, air and land carriers, and insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates
- Control the departmental budget
- Recruit , supervise and coach workforce
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- More than 3 years of experience in logistics operations are required, including supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, business and problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
