Tasks
Establish work schedules and procedures, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Prepare and submit reports, Arrange for maintenance and repair work, Resolve work related problems, Train workers in duties and policies, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews, Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, Oversee the shipping of goods and record the shipment details to prepare all necessary paperwork; Review all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, trip reports and invoices to calculate cost estimate; Develop an understanding with customer's need and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
