Job description:

Job Duties 

- Establish methods to meet work schedules.

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, hire food service staff.

- Ensure food service and quality control.

- Prepare budget and cost estimates.

- Address customers' complaints or concerns.

- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

- Prepare and submit reports, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

- Establish work schedules.

Role Eligibility 

• Secondary (high) school diploma is required
• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in similar role
• Good verbal, written and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently under pressure in busy environment.
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people and problem solver
• Good personality demonstrating self-motivation, positive attitude and guest focused.
