Job description:
Job Responsibilities
- Handling request and tickets for HR Operations related queries from employees and managers.
- Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions.
- Keep the Documents & SOPs updated as per the new changes in the processes
- Ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines
- Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.
- To workout the HR expenditure on each new resource and candidate.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
- Maintaining the attendance records
- Maintaining a smooth on boarding process
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience
- Grievance handling and counseling for absenteeism and poor performance case to case basis.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Qualification And Skills
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience is required.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Team player, Values and ethics.
- Knowledge about computer applications (Database software,Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Windows, MS Word, Internet).
- Candidate is required to adapt to: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail and handle large workload.
