We have worked hard in building our brand name superiority while maintaining the authentically Taiwanese tradition reflecting in the products that we carried and menus offered from our tea shop restaurants.
We are seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is fully experienced and enthusiastic and is capable of completing administrative tasks with excellence as well as leading a team of office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and handle all administration tasks necessary for the administrative office to run smoothly and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee scheduling for all regular and special meetings, joint meetings, workshops, and offsite meetings.
- Enforce and adhere to all administrative and management policies and procedures of the shop.
- Oversee agenda management process, review and approval of individual agenda items.
- Supervise a fully functioning, qualified, cross-trained team to ensure smooth, cohesive and efficient operation of administrative functions.
- Manage professional development of staff encouraging advancement of job competencies and participation in learning activities.
- Coach and mentor staff to create a motivational climate that values diversity and encourages shared learning.
- Review and finalize the data collected and prepare periodic/annual reports accordingly.
- Assist in managing department budget and ensure all invoices are handled in compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- College diploma in business, administration, management or related field is required; higher education will be an asset.
- Minimum two years of previous experience in the field of administration, clerical or business management; experience in a senior level position will be an asset.
- Outstanding time management, organizational and project management skills demonstrated through results.
- Highly skilled in oral, writing and interpersonal communications; demonstrated communication and influencing skills with peers and senior leaders.
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships both internally and externally at all levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
