Duties:
- Field work, Soil Preparation, plowing, pruning, planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting of the field crops.
- Loading produce into trucks and trailers.
- To monitor irrigation & the soil moisture as per crop requirements.
- Using fertilizers, detecting disease and other problems in crops.
- Protecting crops from weeds & pests by taking appropriate actions.
- Farm workers also helps in Operating & maintaining farm machinery & equipments.
- Clean the areas around the plants so that the dropped fruit is cleared out and doesn't damage the soil.
- Informing farmers or farm manager of crop progress.
Work Conditions:
- Must be able to work in Outdoor Area.
- May required long hours standing, couching and Physical demanding
- Repetitive tasks
- Able to manage large work loads
