Salary: $27.55 per hour/30 hr per week; overtime: $41.33 after total of 44 hours in a week

Job Description:
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Support, maintain & develop a client database.
- Tracking business expenses and preparing expense reports.
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Ensuring functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.
- Welcome and greet clients with appropriate direction to the conference areas; and also manages the schedule of the meetings.
Education and Experience: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years with relevant experience of 1 - 2 years is required.
