Salary: $30.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Skill requirements: Musical talent and ability must be demonstrated during an audition
Education: Education in music theory and practical applications (playing piano & violin) is required, this can be at the elementary or secondary school level or education obtained through private music classes (no post-secondary education required)
Work experience: No teaching experience required, but it would be considered an asset

Languages: English
Major work area: Teaching music theory, teaching violin and piano
Type of establishment / Work setting: Academic setting/teaching environment

Additional skills: pedagogical background is an asset, as children of all ages (kindergarten to secondary school) participate in group and private sessions
