The Admiral invites you to try offerings of signature dishes, popular appetizers and a pint of your local and international favourites. Evenings at the Admiral Pub & Grill are filled with excitement. We also support our local NHL team, the Vancouver Canucks, by showing the live hockey games, including on Sportsnet Vancouver, on our big screen TV’s throughout the pub.
Salary: $26.75 / hour

Experience-2 years to less than 3 years
Tasks
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff
• Resolving customers' concerns, questions, and grievances in a professional manner
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
• Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment and maintaining inventory
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Cost products and services
• Conduct performance reviews
