Position: Plumber Helper

Number of positions: 3

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various job sites in Lower Mainland (BC) areas of BC and/or as per company’s contracts with its clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the plumber with all plumbing duties, such as repairs, maintenance, and other related tasks.
• Measure and cut the pipes and fittings in accordance with the measurements.
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to the job site as needed.
• Make sure the site is cleaned up after the job is done and surfaces are prepared.
• Maintain strict compliance with all safety and health protocols.
• Disassemble and remove spoiled pipes.
• Prepare trenches for plumbing installation.
• Help in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues.
• Observe all safety regulations and procedures.
• As directed, perform other job site activities.

Job requirements

• Some relevant work experience would be an asset. However, training will be provided to candidates having no experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
