Payrate: $21.00 per hour for 40 hours of work per week.

Job Requirements:
Education: completion of Secondary school graduation is required.
Experience: will train.
Language: English

Personal Suitability:
Ability to multitask, flexibility, client focus, reliability, organized, team player, accurate.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is an asset.
Job duties:
• Greet Clients.
• Receive documents from clients.
• Scan and sort documents as per guidelines.
• Maintain record of filed and removed material.
• Receive payments from clients.
• Answer telephone enquiries.
• Schedule appointments.
• Update clients with status of their files.
