Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $16.25/hr-$17.25/hr based on 30-36hr/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk
Benefits: 4% paid vacation

Work Setting: Casual Italian Restaurant
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: 1-2 years related working experience or completion of a program in cooking
Job Description:
- Cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
- Preparing and producing pizza, pastas, seafood, sauces etc.
- Preparing, grilling, frying, baking, sautéing as required
- Assisting the Head Chef
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain of kitchen in practicing good safety and sanitation
- May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May supervise or train kitchen helpers
