Instant Insulation Ltd. is a construction company located at 9628, 131 street, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We are currently hiring for one Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Job Tile: Office administrator
Positions vacant: 1
Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent
Wages: $27.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
Start date: as soon as possible.
Job requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education is required.
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years is required.
- Language: English
Job duties:
- Compare monthly reports and supplier invoices for construction materials and report the result to Construction Manager
- Check weekly and monthly reports of labor and material costs
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services for job projects.
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Train office support staff.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS OFFICE, SPREADSHEET.
