Job description:

Salary: $64.90 per hour, for 32-40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Full Time, Permanent, Day

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 3 years or more

Location: 22 - 19 Passmore Avenue, Scarborough, ON

Main duties of the Job:

[1] Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives which are met through the effective management of human, financial and material resources;

[2] Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate, through middle managers, the operations of the organization in relation to established objectives;

[3] Work in conjunction with the president to develop and establish objectives;

[4] Create new strategies for growth and put them into practice;

[5] Oversee the budget and allocate resources to implement company's policies and projects;

[6] Train new and promote lower-level managers;

[7] Evaluate productivity and performance and implement strategies for improvement;

[8] Keep reports of business and performance of staff;

[9] Coordinate teams and communicate well with each interrelated manager.
