The Watershed Grill is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor

Vacancy: 1 full time- permanent position /40 hours per week
Wage: $22 per hour
NOC: 62020
Start date: As soon as possible
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school
Experience: Two years of related work experience
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Store beverage and food products following sanitation and safety procedures
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Ensure Food safety/handling skills are followed
- Create new recipes with general manager
