Terms of Employment: Full­time, permanent

Hours per week: 40

Salary: $24.00 per hour

Education: no formal education required

Experience: an asset

Start date: as soon as possible.

Duty:

·        Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, printing, faxing, mailing, filing, support with opening, and closing files, and preparing transaction binders.

·        Answering the switchboard, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls

·        Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers

·        Organize and schedule office work.

·        Collaborate with Executive Assistants when necessary to support executive team.

·        Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

·        Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory and tracking budgets

·        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases.

·        Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically

·        Send and receive messages.

·        Label, file and retrieve documents.

·        Locate and remove files requested.
