Salary: $16.00 hourly, 35 to 40 hours per Week

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls according to recipes or special customer orders
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Draw up production schedules
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Clean kitchen and work areas
