Requirements:
- Completion of High School education is required.
- Completion of 3-4 years of apprenticeship program or diploma in related filed or more than 3 years of experience in related field is required.
- Knowledge of English Language
Wages: $27.00/hr. for 40 hrs. per week + 4% of Vacation & 5 days of sick leave per year.
Working hours: Depend of weekly schedule
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct and control the overall operations of a restaurant.
- Determined the types of services to be offered.
- Hire staff for the restaurant and arrange training for them.
- Prepare the work schedule for the restaurant staff.
- Resolve customer and staff problems and complains.
- Do performance review for staff.
- Make sure restaurant stock and inventory is up to date.
- Keep the record of restaurant day to day expenditures.
- Make sure all workers follow the safety procedures.
