Maintenance Worker
An ideal location near Sherwood Park. Take a 90-minute segway tour of Edmonton to explore, or grab your clubs and head five miles to Rundle Park Golf Course or Broadmoor Public Golf Course. Unwind in our pool and fitness center.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks
Inspect guest rooms and common areas for maintenance issues
Complete building maintenance minor repairs and adjustments
Supervise other workers and outside tradespersons/contractors
Maintain landscaping beds, shrubbery, and plantings
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
On-call during off hours
Qualifications: (experience needed and education)
Successful candidates will have at least 3 months of janitorial or custodial experience and light maintenance skills.
Experience with pools and pool equipment an asset
Demonstrate basic experience with, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems
Must be friendly, authentic, caring, thoughtful, hardworking and guest-focused.
Ability to work in team as well as independently
Salary: $ 21 / Hour
Benefits: Extended health and life insurance after 3 months
Job Type: Full-time permanent, 40 hours per week
Language: At least intermediate English is required.
