Attractive Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is looking for professional, detail oriented and experienced Carpenter to join our team. We are seeking motivated individual who will complement our team.

Number of positions: 1

Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work location(s): Various Locations throughout in Lower Mainland & Greater Vancouver region in BC as per company’s contracts with its clients.

Job duties: 

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, perform calculations, and prepare layouts.
• Precisely measure, cut, shape, and assemble the framing lumber needed to build residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Finish surface of woodwork in houses and buildings, using hand tools and paneling.
• Work on new projects, remodels or additions to existing wooden structures.
• Build foundations, install floor beams and subflooring, build walls and install partitions.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
• Supervise other construction workers.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of high School

• Completion of apprenticeship program in relevant trade OR minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the trade

• Ability and willingness to work independently with limited supervision and possess cooperative attitude
• Good communication skills.
