Main Duties
- Lead and manage the company's risk control functions, including the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives, as well as industry best practices and regulatory requirements;
- Work closely with the President to integrate risk management strategies into the company's overall business planning;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and regulatory authorities in overseas markets to identify and assess operational, financial, legal, regulatory, and reputational risks with a particular focus on China and Asia.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify risk management objectives, and key risk indicators (KRIs) and integrate risk management planning into business processes and decision-making
- Participate in the development of annual and long-term planning and budgets, incorporating risk management considerations and aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
- Assist in the identification of opportunities for growth and expansion, taking into account potential risks associated with developing markets such as China and Asia.
- Select middle managers or other executive staff
Qualification:
- Master's degree or Dr. degree.
- More than five years of team leader experience.
- Language requires reading and writing English and Chinese.
