About Job
We are urgently looking for Supervisor- Security Guards for our location in Brampton.
Summary of Position
Security Guard Supervisor is expected to supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards deployed at various locations in Brampton. The Job content includes:
- Coordinate, assign and review the work of security guards
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units.
- Resolve work-related problems of sites and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Prepare site orders and train Guards to comply with site orders.
- Resolve customers complaints and ensure follow up remedial measures
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition supplies and materials
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised to cover shifts.
Qualifications
- High School
- Completion of college diploma. The diploma in Customer Service or Security related field will be preferred.
- Must have 1-2 experience as Security Guard or Security supervisor
- Must have valid Ontario Security Guard License and CPR and First aid Certificate
- Willing to work rotating day or night shifts
- Candidate must have Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spoken ability in South Asian Languages preferred.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and adaptability to changing customer needs.
- Eligibility to work In Canada.

Competitive wages and benefits. Hourly wages from $ 24/- to $30/- based on experience and demonstrated proficiency.
