ABOUT THE ROLE

Rebel Apparel requires an experienced executive to fill the position of Senior Manager. The Senior Manager plays a vital role in the executive management team and will be the key leader of the Company. In this position, the Senior Manager will be responsible for growing the Canadian operations and focus on strategy, operations, staffing, and employee engagement. The role requires optimization of the business and driving growth opportunities. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for supervising and controlling all strategic development of the business and providing proper direction and visions of the Company’s mission.  The Senior Manager of Rebel Apparel will oversee the Company’s overall performance. We need an experienced person to lead the Company’s development over the coming years. He will serve as both a supervisor and a dedicated team member, relying on effective leadership skills to motivate the team. The candidate must have developed many useful skills, such as communication, planning, organizational abilities, and team management, through years of executive experience.

Rebel Apparel specializes in producing and wholesale activewear, sportswear, uniforms, hospital/pharmaceutical lab coats, food industry apparel, corporation apparel, auto industry apparel, custom/private label programs, and custom work apparel orders. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Work experience: Minimum 7 years of work experience in an executive/senior position

Wages: $62.00/hour

Additional benefits: Extended healthcare

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 32 works/week

Job duties and required skills:

  • Establish goals, objectives, and policies to ensure an efficient business model
  • Lead and oversee the sales strategy after reviewing the financial performance from sales reports of different periods and developing a strategy to foster sales profits
  • Oversee the implement of strategic plans in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner to improve sales growth
  • Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote the brand value and Company services
  • Develop recruitment policy, identify duties and assignments, and address employee problems
  • Coordinate business activities with the staff to ensure the operations run smoothly
  • Delegate responsibilities, supervise staff, and create employee training procedures to transfer specialized knowledge of the services
  • Maintain business relationships with business partners, clients, and other industry organizations

  • Ability to communicate clearly with staff, supervisors and business partners
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines with flexibility, and multitask with minimal direction
  • Must represent the Company in a professional manner
