JOB DUTIES
Marketing Assistant:
- Handle various aspects of marketing operations such as execution of tasks in business events, documentation work in events, etc.
- Assist in the execution of various internal and external events including vendor communication, marketing collateral creation, and external media communication.
- Managing existing clients, ensuring exemplary service, and maintaining good relations with new clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement eCommerce solutions marketing material
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Bring innovative thinking to all marketing and communications activities
- Maintaining the marketing database to provide support for future business enhancement
- Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports
- Run a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company
- Assists with newsletter, direct mail, advertising, catalog, and other promotional editing and proofreading.
- Supervise company presence in social media, local and industry media.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: 32.65 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $48.98 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Education Required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
