Main duties:

•    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
•    Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies
•    Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
•    Oversee kitchen operations
•    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
•    Clean kitchen and work area
•    Train kitchen staff

Essential skills: Oral communication, problem solving, decision making
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time – 40 hr/weekly
 
Salary:  $16.25 to $23.25 hourly, depending on work experience
Location:  7530 Edmonds Street, Burnaby, British Columbia, V3N 1B4
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience:  Experience an asset
Language: English (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian Language an asset)
