Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
- Develop overall strategies to improve business quality, productivity and delivery.
- Develop and direct teams to implement marketing strategies to align with company and organizational goals and initiatives.
- Establish and assist marketing teams to implement plans that increase brand awareness, drive demand, and generate leads for our services.
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers, by sharing the latest trend of technology in the market
- Work closely with teams and management to ensure the company is positioned as the thought leader for the industry.
- Facilitate thought leadership and collaborate with commercial, project development and finance teams to define opportunity spaces and create, develop, launch products that drive commercial success.
- Work with strategic customers to amplify the brand and brand positioning.
- Deliver marketing performance, reporting and data analysis to key company stakeholders.
- Manage, monitor and coach team performance and goals.
- Hold and release funds by monitoring budget, expenses, and forecast
- Consistent and clear communication to all internal employees, incremental improvement on HR policies and proceduresz
Salary and Work details:
- $65.20/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
- $97.80/hr is the overtime rate, which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
- 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay
Other Job Details:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Full time permanent role in the company
